High-flying Stevenage were held to a frustrating goalless draw by Wrexham in a dour clash at the Lamex Stadium.
Borough went into the game looking to close the gap on leaders Oxford to four points, but they had to settle for a draw after failing to break down a disciplined Dragons outfit.
Jamie Cluskey tested Stevenage goalkeeper Chris Day early on as the visitors started the match brightly.
Charlie Griffin provided the main threat for Stevenage in the first half, the striker seeing one shot superbly saved by Chris Maxwell in the 20th minute before firing a second effort wide on the half hour.
Yemi Odubade and Michael Brough spurned presentable opportunities after the break as the hosts pushed for the opener.
But it was Wrexham who finished the stronger, with Adrian Cieslewicz forcing Day into action and Marc Williams seeing two efforts blocked in injury-time.
PREVIEW: Stevenage defender John Ashton (shoulder) could feature but striker Lee Boylan (ankle) will miss out.
Mitchell Cole missed Saturday's game with a calf injury, and is struggling for Tuesday. Eddie Odihambo is also a doubt with an ankle injury.
Defender Sam Williamson (hernia) could return for Wrexham. Midfielder Matt Wolfendon (ankle) hopes to be ready.
Striker Gareth Taylor will retain his place after scoring at the weekend, while Silvio Spann is suspended.
